Since its establishment in 2012, the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) of Tarlac National High School has been a driving force in promoting environmental awareness, sustainability, and action among students. As an accredited school-based organization, we are committed to empowering the youth to become proactive stewards of the environment, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to make a lasting impact on their communities.

YES-O TNHS takes pride in its student-led environmental initiatives, including clean-up drives, tree-planting activities, waste reduction campaigns, and sustainability projects that inspire meaningful change. Our mission is to foster a generation that values, protects, and restores the natural world, ensuring a healthier and more sustainable future for all.

Under the leadership of our esteemed Principal, Dr. Yolanda M. Gonzales, and the unwavering support of our dedicated advisers, Ma’am Westin Charmaine Pagaduan and Ma’am Aika Muan-Suliba, YES-O continues to thrive as a platform for young environmental advocates. For the school year 2024-2025, our organization is proudly spearheaded by President Videth Nichole Magayaga, alongside a dynamic team of officers and members who share the same passion for environmental conservation.

Through our flagship projects such as "Project NURTURE," "One Tumbler per TNHSian," and "Project CULTIVATE," we aim to instill a sense of responsibility, encourage sustainable practices, and mobilize the TNHS community in making a tangible difference. We believe that small, consistent efforts—when done together—can lead to significant, positive change in the environment.
